This section
of the Web site will include
relevant information for coaches
and team managers. Do not forget
to consult it before and during
the tournament.
Check List
to review before the tournament:

Team roster
for NAPS program and game
sheet - due April 30th,
2008 for the 1993, 1997, 1998,
U12 & U14s; & May 30th, 2008
for the 1994 & 1995, & 1996s.
Please download and
complete the
Team roster and send it
back as soon as possible to
jmitchell@selectshockey.com.

Registration: Did you
register you team and pay
the $400 before April 1th,
2008 required to hold your
spot!

Did you
make a final payment,
due April 30th, 2008!

Accommodation: Did
you book your
hotel rooms! All
teams must stay at an
authorized NAPS tournament
hotel.
-
Rules. Coach and
team manager: Did you
download, read and print the
tournament hockey
rules before the
tournament.
Contact us if you have any
questions!

Air
Travel. Please
inform parents and players
that they need to bring
passports along if they fly
from any country (including
Canada) to USA or vice versa.

Please
submit a final roster
before the start of the
first tournament game.

Do you have
adequate directions
to
ESL Sports Centre in
Rochester!
-
Inform your
players that mouthpieces
are required from all
players. Neck guards are
optional for all players
during the tournament.

Please note
that a player must
participate in at least 2
(two) games during the
preliminary round games of the
tournament to be eligible for
the playoff round.

Please
verify that any player
that you invite may only
play for a single team at
one specific level (1993, for
example) during the
tournament.

Please read
these instructions about
tournament passes for
coaches including team
managers.

Did you
inform all parents and players
about the location,
date of the
tournament, and
schedule before
the tourney!

Did you
check the
final schedule
carefully a few days before
coming to NAPS in case of last
minute changes!

Check your
schedule
carefully for times during the
tournament.

Check the
Playoff format for
your level and the rules for
Playoff Tie Games.
During the
tournament, we encourage
coaching staff and team managers
to present a proper code of
conduct for all games and
activities taking place and to
be respectful of their peer
coaches. Thanks for your
collaboration.
If you
need some help while you are at
the tournament, visit the NAPS
office on Thursday evening
8:00-9:00 PM, and during the
tournament on Friday, Saturday,
and Sunday at the ESL Sports
Centre and we will be
happy to assist you.
