Gordie Howe Golf Classic in June 2008

Dear Coaches, Hockey Managers, Parents, and Hockey Players,

You are welcome to join Mr Hockey in Rochester for the first Gordie Howe Golf Classic. We promise you that you will have a great day with Mr Hockey meeting also friends in Rochester and NAPS' s staff.

Date: June 26th, 2008 - The Golf Classic takes place immediately following the '93 & '96 Elite Camps and immediately before the '94, '95 & '96 NAPS Tournaments.

Cost:

Golf, Lunch and Dinner - $150/person

Dinner Only (Adult) - $55/person

Dinner Only (Kids under 16) - $25/person

Golf Includes:  

The entry fee includes the following:

• Range balls at practice range

• 5x7 autographed picture taken with Mr. Hockey

• Meet several current and former NHL players

• Greens fees (tee-time of either 7:00am/1:00pm)

• Golf cart equipped with GPS

• Longest drive, closest to the pin contests, etc.

• Selects Hockey gifts

• Lunch at the course

• 1:00pm tee-time served from 11:30-12:30pm

• 7:00am tee-time served from 12:30-1:30pm

• Reception dinner following the conclusion of the second tee time at Doubletree Hotel (8:00pm)

Limited Space:

The first 275 people to sign up and pay the tournament entry fee are guaranteed a spot in the Tournament.

More Information:  

Players of all ages and abilities are encouraged to sign up.  There will be two shotgun starts, 7:00am and 1:00pm, so please specify on the sign up form, which tee time you prefer.  It is not guaranteed that you will get the tee time requested, but we will do our best to accommodate everyone.  Also, please make sure you include your handicap if you have one.  If you don't, please put N/A on that line of the sign up form.

Format:  

4-person scramble.  Everyone hits their drive.  The team decides which shot they like best, and everyone hits from that spot.  Everyone hits their next shot.  The team decides which shot they like best and everyone hits from that spot, etc.  You must use everyone’s tee shot at least twice.

Entry Fee Payment:

Upon completion of the sign up form, click on "Send" and your registration form for the Gordie Howe Golf Classic will be sent to Selects Hockey.  You will then be able to follow a link to make payment for the event.  If you choose to not make payment at this time, when you return to do so, please fill out the form below again and follow the link to make payment.  Thank you.

Please note that your spot is not reserved in the Tournament until your entry fee is paid in full.  Entry fees are non-refundable.
