direction of NAPS decided to
create an area where
players can share
experiences and create a
network community.
We want
this event to be an elite
tournament by selecting a "Mr
Hockey Achievement Player"
for each level. In this part
of our NAPS setting, you
will find outstanding
players who did perform
extremely well on an annual
basis.,
We hope
that these activities will
encourage elite players
participating in this
tourney to perform at
'high-level" of excellence,
so scouts will remember
these prospects down the
road to be drafted by their
team.
